Sam Saljooghi
Sam Saljooghi is a composer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist based on the Gold Coast, Australia. His work moves between ambient, neoclassical, and heavier atmospheric territory: patient, texture-driven music built on guitar, piano, and synthesizers.
Alongside his writing, Saljooghi has spent nearly two decades in live sound and touring production, from small clubs to stadiums.
Previously releasing under the name Sam Haven, his catalogue includes the 2018 album Eden alongside commissioned works for institutions including HOTA (Home of the Arts) and the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia. Beyond his solo work, Saljooghi plays in KAARST, Nerve Damage, and King Dude.
Sam is composer and performer on a new work with Juliet Widyasari Burnett for the inaugural A_PART LIVE program.
